Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or attempting to reschedule your appointment less than 48hrs before it is scheduled will result in the loss of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, or arrives at the appointment more than 20 minutes late, will forfeit their deposit. Also, they will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled.
We do not offer refunds on any of our services or deposits.
